Brief introduction
Central Queensland University is one of three major universities that covers dual fields (academic degree programme and vocational training). It was established by the government in 1967 and is a member of the Commonwealth University Association. It is also the most widely covered national public university in Australia. For 30 years, from the eastern coast of Australia to the Pacific, Central Queensland University has established and developed its own campus network. There are 26 campuses across Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide, which have been selected as the best cities to study. There are more than 35,000 students in the school, and international students come from 70 countries around the world.
Central Queensland University is a QS four-star university in Australia, ranking among the top 100 dynamic universities within 50 years of its establishment in the world. It is rated as a five-star university in terms of full-time employment rate of graduates, average starting salary of graduates and social equality, teaching quality and comprehensive student satisfaction, which is located in the forefront of Australia's national universities. Among them, the average starting salary for graduates is 62,600 Australian dollars, ranking second in Australia; the full-time employment rate of graduates ranks fourth in Australia, far exceeding the national average.
Central Queensland University can establish cooperation with domestic universities in the field of undergraduate and postgraduate level. In the field of undergraduate level, we can do 1 + 3, 3 + 1, 2 + 2 and other projects; in the field of postgraduate level, we can do diploma-to-master and UG-to-master programme.
The Central Queensland University has 26 campuses over Australia, 14 of which are open to international students, and students can freely switch between campuses to experience different Australian cultures and lifestyles. The university adopts a three-semester system. There are three entry opportunities for main programme each year: March, July and November. Language courses can be enrolled every month, making it more flexible and convenient for planning study. The tuition is reasonable, and the university provides about 2.5 million Australian dollars for international student scholarships every year. There are no quota restrictions for scholarships, and the conditions for approval are easy to match. Those who are approved can receive a 25% overall tuition fee reduction to reduce the burden of studying abroad. Arrange internships or corporate jobs for popular majors, so that international students can better connect to future employment. 8-10 week internships can obtain practical work skills without paying extra fees, without extending the school system, and making university life more rewarding and colourful. Study in our major campus Rockhampton, you can get a 3-year Australian work visa directly after graduation, and accumulate overseas work experience.
