Overview
A private, Catholic, co-educational college north of Pittsburgh founded by the Sisters of Divine Providence in 1963, La Roche welcomes students of all religions, ethnic origins and talents. Undergraduates may choose from more than 50 majors, including the top 10 majors most in demand among today’s college students. The Registrar
This office maintains academic records, oversees registration and offers services for veteran students.

La Roche Bookstore
This is your go-to place for buying or renting textbooks, browsing the latest Redhawk apparel or getting supplies.
John J. Wright Library
Access reference materials and browse our collection in the central information center on campus. The library also serves as a quiet space on campus to study, do homework or read class material.
Accommodation
With La Roche's varied housing and dining options, you'll have no trouble feeling at home while living on campus. For many resident students, living at La Roche makes the college experience both memorable and exciting.
When you live at La Roche, you enjoy the convenience of a campus that offers:
Apartment-style suites with rooms that are equipped with internet, phone services and basic cable
Parking is available for resident students at a cost of $100
Student IDs are needed for residence hall access
Individual mailboxes are provided for all residents upon request

Situated across Babcock Boulevard, McCandless Crossing offers students both entertainment and employment within walking distance. La Roche students have access to nearby shopping and dining opportunities, plus the ability to work as they study toward their degrees.

McCandless Crossing is located directly across the street from La Roche University in the Town of McCandless neighborhood, in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Situated at the crossroads of McKnight Road and Duncan Avenue, McCandless Crossing is less than a 20 minute drive from both Cranberry Township (North) and downtown Pittsburgh (South)
North Park
For those who love the great outdoors, another nearby attraction is North Park of Allegheny County, which features a lake with kayak rentals, an ice skating rink, an 18-hole golf course, a zip line and walking trails spread across more than 3,000 acres.
