From November 5 to November 12, 2019, under the leadership of Zhang Lihui, general manager of Yinhong company, Yinhong company, leaders and relevant teachers from four domestic project universities, including Sichuan University, Fujian Normal University Union College, Wuhan University of technology and China University of Petroleum (East China), went to the UK and Ireland to discuss with the Scottish Qualifications Management Committee (SQA), the University of Westminster, St The University of Turin and the National University of Dublin of Ireland visited. The visit of the delegation was highly valued and warmly received by the relevant local institutions and universities.
During the visit, Yinhong company and domestic colleges and universities visited SQA headquarters and held consultation and talks with relevant SQA personnel. Both sides agreed that quality is the lifeline of project development. The successful operation of the project for 16 years is inseparable from the full support and selfless dedication of the management personnel and project teachers of the domestic project colleges. Yinhong company also plays an indispensable role. SQA emphasizes once again to encourage domestic colleges and universities to actively use the resources on SQA's Chinese website to further guarantee the project quality. During the visit to the University of Westminster, the two sides made in-depth and detailed exchanges on project cooperation and student continuation. Dr. Katalin Illes, Vice Dean of the Business School of the University of Westminster, and relevant personnel met with Zhang Lihui, general manager of Yinhong company and representatives of domestic universities.
In addition, the delegation also visited the University of Stirling in the UK and the prestigious National University of Dublin in Ireland for the first time. On the basis of mutual understanding, the two sides conducted preliminary communication on the possible cooperation of cscse-sqa UK higher education diploma program, and expressed their intention of inter school cooperation on student exchange, employment practice, teacher training, etc.
Through this visit, the Delegation further deepened its understanding of the British and Irish education system, inter school cooperation projects and models, and was also pleased to see that the students' autonomous learning ability of the project has been continuously enhanced and welcomed by foreign cooperative institutions. In the future, Yinhong company will further promote the deepening cooperation and project expansion with foreign universities by organizing corresponding visit activities.
